Third-party vendor performance
Consistently excellent performance is our most stringent criteria for all third-party vendors and sub-contractors: we clearly define our expectations and objectively evaluate every performance, both pre and post-event. Every event that Spinoza operates is evaluated on its individual merit, both internally and externally, and only the delivery of consistent, superior service re-qualifies each vendor or subcontractor as an approved Spinoza supplier. With direct client input, we are better able to evaluate achievements and standards for all of our vendors and subcontractors.

Client satisfaction
Spinoza acknowledges that our clients' expectations are never less than best performance, and therefore partners with each client to develop a service standards model that will guarantee 100 per cent satisfaction.

Operating performance indicators (OPI)
Spinoza is committed to meeting the performance criteria specified by each client. To this end, Spinoza strives to provide leadership, maintain strong industry relationships, reach 100 per cent client satisfaction in client service liaison, and partner with each client to implement best practices and service standard benchmarks.
